Do you charge a travel fee? 

Sometimes! Katspaw Nails on the Go operates out of Central Nanaimo. All service fees include travel of up to 10km. For services outside of our standard service range, a travel fee of $1/km will be added to your final invoice. 

Do you offer Discounts? 

Two or more appointments at the same address reduces set up time and allows for the optimization of appointments, reducing expenses. When applicable, travel fees may be waived or reduced. 

Can I hire you for girls night? Or a birthday party? 

Absolutely! Group sessions are billed hourly, at a minimum of 2 hours. Please contact us at hello@katspaw.ca for a quote. 

Can I supply my own polishes, gels, or press-ons? 

Absolutely, feel free to supply your preferred shades! Press-ons can be applied for an add on fee of $10. 

What are these forms for? 

All new clients are required to provide an intake form prior to their first service. Due to the limits of mobility, we also request that the client provide inspiration pictures for design and colors so the correct products can be brought to the appointment. 

 

And a deposit?!

Katspaw Nails on the Go requires a $50, non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. This deposit will be factored into your final invoice, but will be considered forfeit with less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule. All rescheduled appointments made more than 24 hours will retain their deposits.
